In a category filled with familiar promises of access, passive income, and wealth, the proposition called for a clearer expression. PSF needed to make fractional investment understandable while building trust with the investors and realtors on either side of its platform. Start from square one linked the first investment to the first square foot. The phrase made beginning small part of the positioning.

We developed the brand strategy, narrative, and identity around the square foot. A familiar measure of space gave PSF a concrete way to explain fractional investment, connecting the financial proposition to something people could picture: a building, an address, a place in a neighborhood. That idea guided the brand’s expression, campaign development, and the subsequent UX and UI design of its platform.
